Standard delivery for our sofa beds typically takes 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking link and a call from our white-glove delivery partner to schedule a specific drop-off window.
What is your return policy for sofa beds?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition. Please note that a flat-rate return shipping fee may apply.
Are the sofa bed mattresses included with the frame?
Yes, all of our sofa beds come complete with a high-density memory foam or pocket-spring mattress specifically designed to fit the frame for maximum comfort.
Do you offer assembly services upon delivery?
Yes, we offer a White Glove Delivery service at checkout which includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly of your new sofa bed, and removal of all packaging materials.
